Competition Terms & Conditions
Promoter
- The competition is organised and administered by Story9 Ltd, Adam House, 7 – 10 Adam St, London WC2N 6AA (“the Promoter”), acting on behalf of Singapore Airlines (“the Prize Provider”).
Eligibility
- Entry is open to individuals aged 18 years or over who are employed within the UK travel trade industry at the time of entry and time of travel.
- Employees of the Promoter, the Prize Provider, their immediate families, and anyone else professionally connected with the competition are excluded from entry.
- Proof of eligibility (including proof of employment within the travel industry) may be required at the time of entry and time of travel.
How to Enter
- To enter, participants must make a Singapore Airlines booking from Manchester Airport between 01 January 2026 – 28 February 2026 then enter their details and a valid PNR number via the online entry form available at https://www.flysq.co.uk/competition/ during the promotional period.
- Entry is free of charge. No purchase is necessary.
- Only one entry per valid booking is permitted. Duplicate entries will be void.
- The competition opens on 1st January 2026 and closes on 28th February 2026 (“the Closing Date”). Entries received after the Closing Date will not be considered.
Winner Selection and Notification
- One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received by the Closing Date.
- The draw will take place within 30 days of the Closing Date.
- The winner will be notified by email (or telephone if provided) within 30 days of the draw.
- If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within 14 days of notification, or fails to meet eligibility requirements, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
Data Protection
- Personal data collected by the Promoter in connection with this competition will be processed in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, available here.
- By entering, participants consent to their personal data being collected by the Promoter and shared with the Prize Provider (Singapore Airlines) for the purpose of administering the competition, verifying eligibility, awarding the prize, and fulfilling any related obligations.
- Personal data will not be used for marketing purposes unless the entrant has explicitly opted in to receive such communications.
General
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, mislaid, incomplete, illegible, corrupted, or delayed, regardless of cause.
- The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms.
- The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the competition where it becomes necessary to do so.
- The Promoter’s decision in all matters relating to the competition is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
- The competition and these terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
Prize Terms & Conditions – Provided by Singapore Airlines
- The prize provider is Singapore Airlines, Chiswick Park, Building 4, 566 Chiswick High Road, London, W4 5YE (“the Prize Provider”).
- Flight is valid on Singapore Airlines (excludes partner airlines).
- The prize does not include access to the lounge, priority security clearance or priority boarding.
- Travel will be subject to the Prize Provider’s standard terms and conditions of carriage accessible:
https://www.singaporeair.com/en_UK/global_footer/conditions-carriage/ - The prize does not include any transport or accommodation. The Winner will be responsible for arranging their own transportation to and from the airport.
- The prize is offered subject to availability and blackout periods may apply, including but not limited to Christmas and New Year.
- Travel insurance is not provided but is mandatory for travel.
- Ensure that you have a valid passport, travel documents, visa and travel insurance prior to travel.
- The winner will be required to provide proof of employment within the Travel Industry at time of booking and at check-in prior to travel.
- The Winner will be asked to document their trip when taking their prize in the form of video as well as photos to be submitted to Singapore Airlines within 15 days of their return. This will be edited and used by Singapore Airlines as part of further social media activity. No payment shall be made for use of the footage collected and shared by the Winner, nor shall the Winner necessarily be involved in the editing process. The Winner retains the right to decline to do this.
- There is no cash alternative, and the prize is not transferable. The decision as to the Winner is final. No part of the prize can be booked separately.
- Flights are subject to availability and flights may be changed or cancelled by the airline for administrative reasons without prior notice.
- Once ticketed, flights cannot be changed, and the prize will be forfeited if not taken. The tickets cannot be transferred to any other party or parties.
- Frequent flyer miles cannot be accrued or redeemed in connection with prize tickets.
- No upgrades can be purchased in conjunction with the prize, nor can the destination be changed.
- Insofar as is permitted by law, the Prize Provider, its agents, or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the Winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Prize Provider, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
- The Prize Provider reserves the right to cancel or amend the terms of this prize and without notice in the unlikely event of a major catastrophe, war, earthquake or any actual, anticipated or alleged breach of any applicable law or regulation or any similar event or if circumstances arise outside of its control.
- Entrants’ personal information provided to Singapore Airlines in connection with this competition will be handled in accordance with Singapore Airlines’ Privacy Policy, available at: www.singaporeair.com/en_UK/privacy-policy/
